Often it is difficult to forgive ourselves for things we do, especially if the consequences affect others and are irreversible. However, Jesus did not care about this when he sacrificed himself for us on the cross to be punished for our sins. The sacrifice of the Son of God is big enough to cover even our darkest sins. And if God Himself, who is pure and holy, righteous Judge, who hates sin and wickedness, who gets deeply offended by sin, He chose to forgive us our sins, then why we still insist on not forgiving ourselves? We must love each other as ourselves, and if we do not love ourselves we're unable to fulfill God's commandment to love everyone. So I do call anyone who sees this cartoon to give your life over to God, trust that the sacrifice of Jesus is powerful enough to cover ALL your sins, and after that, I invite you to forgive yourself.
